1- When placing an order through our website, you agree to the order terms including a clear shipping fee based on the destination governorate.
2- Business days for delivery are from Saturday to Thursday. Friday and official holidays are off.
3- Before delivering your order, a representative from the shipping company will call you to coordinate the delivery time.
4- Deliveries are made by the shipping company between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, so please make sure you're available during the morning, even if it’s at your workplace.
