If you received a product and would like to return or exchange it for any reason, you can contact us through our page messages or via our customer service number.

Q: How can I return or exchange a product, and what are the costs?

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been used.

However, for personal items such as swimwear, return or exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order, and only if the item has not been used or worn at all.

  • If you decide to return or exchange a product within the allowed time, a return fee will be deducted.

  • If you wish to exchange the product for another one, a replacement fee will be applied, along with any price difference (increase or decrease) based on the new product.

  • If you want to return the product for a refund, a return fee and the shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount paid.

  • Shipping fees vary depending on your city, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

  • The return or exchange process takes the same delivery time as a regular order, which is 6 to 8 business days.

  • If there is an issue with the product or you received the wrong item, please send us a photo showing the issue, and we will replace it at no extra charge.

  • Cash refunds are not available if you paid using a credit or debit card.

  • If you paid online and wish to return an item, the amount will be refunded to your original card, and the refund process may take 8 to 14 business days, depending on your bank.
